Tata Motors ने एक historic announcement की है जो India के electric mobility future को और bright बना देती है। Company को 3,400 से अधिक electric commercial vehicles (eCVs) के orders मिले हैं। इनमें small commercial vehicles, pick-up trucks, medium और heavy-duty trucks और electric buses शामिल हैं। यह India के commercial EV space में अब तक के सबसे बड़े order announcements में से एक है।

Commercial EVs की economics बदल रही है। Battery costs में गिरावट और petrol/diesel की high prices के कारण EV का Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) diesel vehicles से competitive या better हो गया है। Fleet operators जो पहले hesitant थे अब actively EVs adopt कर रहे हैं।
Government policies भी EV adoption में major role play कर रही हैं। FAME III scheme, PLI for batteries और state-level EV policies ने incentives बढ़ाए हैं। Charging infrastructure भी rapidly expand हो रहा है — national highways पर हर 50 km पर charging stations बनाने का target है।
Tata Motors की यह commercial EV success story उनके broader electrification strategy का हिस्सा है। Passenger EVs में पहले से dominant position के बाद अब commercial vehicles में भी leadership establish हो रही है। India का EV ecosystem mature हो रहा है और Tata इस revolution का सबसे बड़ा beneficiary बन रहा है।
