What You Can Complain About

You may file a grievance if you believe any content on kliknews.in:

  • Is factually incorrect or misleading
  • Defames or damages the reputation of any person or entity
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
  • Violates your privacy
  • Contains content unlawful under Indian law
  • Violates the Code of Ethics under IT Rules, 2021

How to File a Complaint

Send your complaint by email to grievance@kliknews.in with:

  1. Your full name and contact details
  2. The URL of the article or content
  3. A clear description of your complaint
  4. Supporting documents (where applicable)
  5. The remedy you are seeking

Resolution Timeline

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
  • We will resolve the complaint within 15 days from receipt
  • For content violating bodily privacy or containing sexual content, we will act within 24 hours

Escalation

If you are not satisfied, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) at https://gac.gov.in within 30 days.
