9 जून 2026 को एक ऐतिहासिक milestone हासिल हुआ जब Narendra Modi India के सबसे लंबे समय तक continuously serve करने वाले democratically elected Prime Minister बन गए। दुनिया भर के नेताओं ने इस अवसर पर उन्हें बधाई दी और India की democratic tradition को सराहा।
Modi 2014 में पहली बार PM बने थे और तब से लगातार देश की कमान संभाल रहे हैं। 2019 और 2024 में हुए elections में भारी जीत के बाद उन्होंने तीसरी बार भी PM की शपथ ली। इस milestone को reach करते हुए उन्होंने Jawaharlal Nehru के record को पार किया।
इस दौरान Modi government ने कई बड़े reforms किए — GST implementation, Digital India mission, Make in India, Ayushman Bharat, PM Jan Dhan Yojana और हाल ही में India-EU FTA जैसे landmark achievements इनके कार्यकाल की पहचान बन गए हैं। India की GDP growth, infrastructure development और global diplomatic standing में उल्लेखनीय सुधार हुए।
International community ने इस occasion पर India की democratic strength की तारीफ की। UK PM, US President और कई European leaders ने congratulatory messages भेजे। UN Secretary General ने भी India की vibrant democracy को acknowledge किया।
इसी महीने Modi ने G7 summit में UK PM से मुलाकात की, Paris में Indian community को address किया और Vivatech 2026 में participate किया। International Day of Yoga पर Kolkata के Red Road से देश को संबोधित करना उनके active और engaged leadership style की झलक है। यह milestone India के लिए गर्व का पल है।
