India ने healthcare में Artificial Intelligence को mainstream बनाने की दिशा में एक landmark step लिया है। Ministry of Health and Family Welfare ने Strategy for AI in Healthcare for India (SAHI) — एक national framework — launch किया है। यह India के health system में AI के ethical और effective integration का blueprint है।
साथ ही, AIIMS New Delhi में Indo-French Centre for AI in Health का उद्घाटन Union Health Minister JP Nadda और French President Emmanuel Macron ने jointly किया। यह centre AI-powered diagnostics, drug discovery और clinical decision-making में collaborative research करेगा।
SAHI Framework की Key Points: इस framework में AI का उपयोग disease diagnosis में, predictive analytics के लिए, drug discovery accelerate करने के लिए, और rural healthcare delivery को improve करने के लिए proposed है। Framework में data privacy, ethical AI use और transparency को ensure करने के guidelines भी हैं।
AIIMS की Research Powerhouse Status: AIIMS Delhi अभी 1,000+ funded biomedical research projects run कर रही है जिसमें ₹300 crore से ज्यादा invested हैं। AIIMS के 57 scientists दुनिया के top 2% researchers में शामिल हैं। Pan-AIIMS Research Consortium के तहत सभी AIIMS institutes मिलकर joint clinical research करेंगे।
AI healthcare में कुछ exciting applications already develop हो रहे हैं: retinal scans से diabetes detect करना, chest X-rays से TB identify करना, और cancer risk prediction। यह technologies PHCs (Primary Health Centres) तक पहुंचाने का plan है — जहां specialist doctors नहीं होते।
India के लिए AI healthcare का potential enormous है। 1.4 billion population के लिए enough doctors नहीं हैं — AI इस gap को fill कर सकता है। SAHI framework और Indo-French collaboration India को global AI health leader बनाने की दिशा में एक confident step है। Healthcare का future smart, data-driven और accessible होगा।
